Elite Earthmovers Ltd was subcontracted by Vishak Builders Ltd to carry out the excavation and cart away of murram and hard rock for the Nextgen Office Suites development in 2012. The project involved the removal and transportation of large volumes of excavated materials, ensuring the site was properly graded and prepared for future construction. Completed within budget and on schedule, the work laid the essential groundwork for the development of the office suites.

Scope of Work:

1. Excavation:

   • Removal of murram and hard rock from the site to create a suitable foundation for construction.

2. Cart Away:

   • Transportation and disposal of the excavated materials to designated disposal sites in compliance with environmental regulations.

3. Site Grading:

   • Leveling the site to meet the required specifications for foundation construction.
