The Pan Africa Insurance Holding Ltd project on Waiyaki Way involved the excavation and removal of red soil and hardcore material to prepare the site for development. The project, valued at KES 57,000,000, commenced in 2014 and was successfully completed in 2015.

The scope of work included:

• Excavation: Precision excavation of red soil to designated depths for structural foundations.
• Cart Away: Safe and efficient transportation and disposal of excavated material to approved dumping sites.
• Site Preparation: Ensuring a level and stable ground, ready for construction activities.

This project laid the groundwork for the seamless execution of subsequent construction phases, ensuring a solid foundation for Pan Africa Insurance’s future developments.
